Booked a reservation days in advance for my birthday yesterday. Showed up and told 1 hour wait. What is the point of a reservation if you have to wait just as long as walk ins? Besides that issue, the service by the waitress was terrible. I only had one drink the whole time despite asking for multiple re-fills. Was told the bar was “backed up”. Finally, they messed up the billing & put all the parties on one check. It took so long to get a manager to fix it that we just told the other party to venmo us for their item we paid for. Very upset with this experience, the only saving grace is the food was delicious

Sitting at the table 2 hours before receiving our meals…what a joke ! F…. This place … super disorganized stay away.

Atmosphere is great as always! But we had an early reservation, there was barely anyone there & we still had to wait 25 mins to be seated-? That didn't seem necessary as part of it was standing in line for 15mins. They were helping 1 person, and there were 2 other staff just standing there. Our friends waited 35 mins as they got there a bit early, so they won't seat you unless your whole party is there, even if they're on their way & only 5mins away. Otherwise, the food was not as good as I remember it. The chicken was very dry & the "vegetables" I got was just onion, mushroom & squash-? Last time I went, years ago & was in Pompano Beach, the food was amazing! When you had "vegetables", it was 6-7 diff kinds, like broccoli, onions, sugar snap peas, cabbage I think & a couple other things, and the sauce was amazing. Not here. Food was very plain & dousing it in sauce that they gave you wasn't doing the trick either. It may just be this location, so I'm curious how Pompano is now... (Our waiter & chef were very nice, it had nothing to do w/them.)

Made reservations at 7:00 got text they are running late by 35 40 minutes we said ok we went at 07:30 and were told we have to wait a further 1 hour before we can be seated we asked for manager and a lady showed up with attitude instead of apologizing got mad at us . Newer designed location where they removed the vent hoods over the cooking area. Terrible design. The smoke hovering throughout the building was unbearable and ruined a good meal. Our clothes smelled worse than a campfire!
