Bad tapioca and unmixed/disgusting matcha… so bad it made me cry… so disappointing! Plus the workers lowkey gave attitude, and I was trying so hard to like it. Couldn’t finish either drinks because they tasted awful

I first tried this location in late 2021 and the drink I got was great. However, each time I’ve visited after, the quality seems to have gone down consistently. During my most recent visit, the quality diminished. I ordered a black milk bubble tea and my sister ordered a brown sugar bubble milk tea. When they put our drinks on the counter, the drinks looked identical. It looked like they poured pure white cows milk into our cups, threw in some flavorless boba, and called it a night. Both of our drinks tasted like Costco whole milk (red bottle). After seeing their inconsistency the last few visits, I will not be giving any more coins to them.

went there to get a brown sugar drink, they gave straight milk with regular boba. the drink looked like SNOW. there was no sugar whatsoever and it had absolutely no taste. it looked like they milked a cow into my cup. (straight from the udder to boba) the quality has diminished significantly every time i have gone, and i will no longer be giving my business to this store.

Came in and had to order via kiosk. The kiosk charges a $.50 convenience fee that was not advertised. This is ridiculous.

The mango pomelo sago was really good but I prefer the mango cheese is much better! I would recommend if you want decent bubble tea! Black Sesame drink is really good drink for winter! The roasteness is different from your sweet summer drink Update review: I went there again and the drinks were still really good but I went from 5 stars to 3 stars because when you check out using the kiosk they automatically charge you gratuity. MAKE SURE you pay close attention so you can edit tip amount.

Best boba in all of Maryland! Wow! When I just took my first sip, it was a little bit of heaven. So so good! I got the red bean sago one yummm

The customer service is nice. I ordered lemon jasmine green tea with aloe. It’s super tasty. Love their super adorable kitten machine. If you dining in hotpot restaurant next-door, you can order from the table and get the drinks from the kitty machine XD

We love stopping here for drinks! They aren't too sweet, which is great for us, the ingredients are fresh and so visually appealing. Also, there are many different combinations to choose from. Kid-friendliness: We get my son a strawberry fresh milk with no caffeine and it is so fancy how they make it for him and he loves it everytime
