Food was really good, good option for Indian food in Newyork. Seems insufficient seating arrangement but wait is worth it.
This tiny gem punches waaaaaaay above its weight class. I was skeptical upon walking up the steps and entering. The service was great. The atmosphere was quaint and the food was FANTASTIC. this place is a bit far from my house but we will be making this our destination for Indian food.
Went here for lunch on Friday with my brother. The set menu is a great deal, food was fast and delicious. We will definitely return. We got butternut squash soup, Chana masala, and naan. Atmosphere only 4 stars because it is a crowded lunch spot but food is still good.
Food is deeply flavored amazing classic Indian food, coconut naan is extra delicious, lovely calm music, soft lighting nice art and comfy chairs, corkage fee for wine is only €5 bring for yourself a nice dry riesling this place is amazing!
Very lively ambiance when we went on a Tuesday night for dinner! We got 2 prefix meals which included everything. We got the Vindaloo and Makhni curries. Vindaloo is definitely for spice lovers (be careful) and Mahkni was very delicious The best item on the menu was the vegetable samosa with the sauces, a must try! Service was nice and attentive. Definitely check out if you’re in the area.
Decent food; Tried veg and non-veg options; Felt pricey for the quality of the food; chicken Tikka was great but Aloo Gopi was uncooked; Give it a try!!!
To start, I would like to mention I was advised by a server the place is halal even though when I searched online it stated otherwise. We then proceeded to order the chicken tikka masala and the paneer makhni on spice level 7 since their default is a 4. Both tasted amazing and the zeera rice accompanying it was yummy also. It is not common to find places that serve chicken breast as it's usually a fatty thigh and this too I inquired before ordering since it makes a major difference in the taste. I do not recommend the cheese naan as it's not what one envisions. It's a dry naan with teeny tiny crumbs of paneer. They let us change our naans to garlic naans which were delish! We had the potato samosa and pakoras. Spicy and veryy great chutneys. The desserts were a let down. We tried the gulab jamun and kheer. Basically, the appetizers and entrees we had were amazing!
