Bland food that arrived almost cold. Samosas lacked spice and seasoning. Jalfrezi was a greasy tomato sauce too many onions. No spice absolutely bland. The chicken curry I ordered for my son was more spicier. Garlic naan, doughy no garlic. The red sauce for poppadoms was basically red water. I phoned to complain , and they would not refund me.
The hospitality there is incredible! The staff is so welcoming and attentive, making you feel right at home. The environment is cozy and inviting, with dim lighting and soft music playing in the background. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a delicious meal with friends or loved ones. Trust me, you'll leave Bengal Palace with a big smile on your face. It's definitely worth checking out! ️
Awful food didn't seem fresh at all whole meal seemed like it was prepared days before
I ordinarily visit this place as part of a group of eight; this is a monthly arrangement with my father's friends. My father and I however got the date wrong; accordingly we were the only diners. Nevertheless we enjoyed our meals. The service was prompt but not rushed; also the staff was friendly. It isn't the best Indian/Bangladeshi food you will eat, and the website needs updating to represent the slight price increase; however it is certainly value for money and I shall return when we get the date right.
