Been going there since I'm a kid in the 60s and 70s. Used to live in the neighborhood on Granger Street just a short walk away. Is also close to PS 14 my old elementary school. Still the best Italian ices around.

I came to the popular Lemon Ice King of Corona. There are so many flavors and if I lived nearby, I'd spend every summer day trying a new flavor. The service was excellent. The people that work there are super nice and helpful. I had Pina Colada and tried Coconut. Both flavors were so good. The texture is smooth, silky and icy but mostly smooth. Perfect way to cool down on a hot New York day. :)

I grew up in Elmhurst and have been coming here since the 1960s. I now live in Los Angeles and every time I come back to NYC The Lemon Ice King is a must stop!
