Servicio pésimo el chico estaba sentado no sabía que había gente que triste

Love ben and jerrys. :) But the service here was disappointing. I stated that I had a nut allergy and had asked if they could use a different scoop - no response from worker. I asked if a specific icecream was nut free to double check, as I have an anaphylactic nut allergy. The worker told me “i dont know, you can read the ingredients there” (on the label). Rude attitude and no interest in saying hi or conversing. I’m sorry if they were having a bad day but it is no reason to project it onto customers. :/

Depressing place bad ice cream lousy service. One lonely server..

Simple but nice small commercial ice cream shop. It’s Ben & Jerry’s so the ice cream is consistently good. Inside is clean and comfortable environment with low volume pop music playing. Sunday night 8:30 pm, not busy at all. Only 4 tables inside, but all full since there’s so little room. Several combinations of flavors to choose from, so if you just want plain flavors like vanilla or chocolate, this isn’t the place. But there’s a walk through plaza just outside so every night basically it’s a nice place to just walk up and down seeing all the sights eating your ice cream. I recommend and will be back :)

El helado es muy bueno pero la atención no me gustó.. le falta más chispa o carisma con el público!

6 bolitas de helado 18 dólares, wow como anda Miami. El helado muy rico y el Aire Acondicionado espectacular con el calor que hace. El lugar es muy bonito pero algo que no me gustó es que para ir al baño hay que pasar unas puertas y coger por unos pasillos que colindan con otros negocio y tiene un teclado de números para poner la contraseña y no me abrió la puerta, todo muy complicado
