Ben & Jerry’s

The Ice cream was great, but no seats inside anymore. The shop sits right on two busy seats, so not an advisable place to sit outside except if you love exhaust and tire carbide particles. I won't be back until they get chairs inside again. Being right across from an university, you would think this shop would be crowded, but it has never been in my memory. Just the opposite for Bonnie Brae ice cream, which almost always crowded, and has chairs indoors and out. The lady that waited on me was very nice, but then wanted to hand me the cone while I was getting my money out. I didn't see one of those racks to put the cone in. Was lucky to get parking right out front. Not a lot of parking in that area. It says " locally owned " on the door , so I assume it is a franchise. Parking: Just a couple spots to park out front. I don't know if the parking in back is owned by them.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Ben & Jerry for our catering event. It was a last minute event with a lot of changes and they were very flexible and understandable. They brought extra ice cream in case we needed and it was amazing because we really had to use, so we got charged for the difference after the event. Jake was great scooping ice cream and making our associates happy :)

Quality ice cream with competitive pricing and large portions. Friendly customer service. Samples are available upon request. My only complaint is that the store is small, so there is not much standing space and there are less ice-cream options than competitors. No indoor seating available either.

Ordered a birthday cake and it was incorrect upon arriving to pick it up. Their solution…offer one small scoop of ice cream. How about you give me what I paid for or give me my money back?
