Found this place by accident when dropping off a work colleague at his Escondido hotel. We tried a couple places but they were busy so we scoured our maps for nearby places and this one came up. Our dinners were very good. Parking: I didn't see a lot nearby but was able to park on the street around the corner.

Really good food, smaller menu but high quality. Excellent short ribs, chicken breasts good, perhaps slightly small portion. Wait staff attentive and friendly. Definitely a nice place to have an adult meal and visit. Not a kid restaurant (which is nice....).

Terrific place to break bread and enjoy the company of others. Probably one of the best restaurants I have been to in Southern California. My wife and I went there for date night and had Fernando as our server. Probably one of the few times where a server has gone above and beyond what is expected to ensure that we had a comfortable and nice dining experience. He even went as far as to brew a pot of decaf coffee for us even though they had stopped brewing it for the night (as it was coming close to closing time). My wife and I really appreciated that, and I’ve never had a server go that far for a customer. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer—delicious, savory, and a touch of sweetness to it. For dinner, I ordered the Seabass and licked the plate clean within a few minutes. To end the night, I ordered an Affogato which was quite the way to end the night—truly delicious. Highly recommend.
