The best choice if you want to try iranian dishes. wish they'll keep the quality as it is...
This was my fourth visit to the restaurant, and it may very well be my last. While I appreciated the flavors of the food, I was utterly disappointed with the service. As a regular customer, I chose not to leave a tip this time to express my dissatisfaction with the service. To my surprise, the person at the checkout even noticed and inquired, "Didn't you like the service?" The only reason I rated it 2 out of 5 was because I specifically wanted to order the lamb chunk gravy alone, as I do not enjoy the chuck. However, I was informed that this was not possible, which was disappointing. In contrast, other restaurants typically inform customers that ordering parts of a dish separately is not an option but may offer the gravy as a complimentary addition to accommodate their preferences. Behesht should understand that customers are the cornerstone of any successful business. Ultimately, we dine out to savor our meals, not to encounter such rigid and unsatisfactory policies, especially over a simple gravy dish valued at $5-6 only!
Best persian kebabs in Montreal, delicious and well cooked. The waiters are super friendly and nice. You can have tea after your meal for free.
Kashkebademjan tasted more like borani bademjan tasted sour wasnt good
Everything was great, definitely will visit next time
I had heard a lot of praise about it, and finally, yesterday we went with friends. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. Both the food quality was low, and one of the staff's attitude wasn't good either. My friend and I had stomachache till today. We ate koobideh. Unfortunately, when businesses get busy, they often don't prioritize customer service and quality anymore.
