It is such weaker than it could be. Dark, no holiday atmosphere, workers don't look too happy. And the prices are significant, 3.5 per each. For me, Beard Papa's is the best eclairs, and I am used to having it in a brighter way in Europe. Sorry for the purely emotional review
We knew about Beard Papa’s since we lived in Singapore before. So glad to find it here. Best cream puffs I’ve had. They keep the recipe of their original puffs. Still as tasty as ever. Even though it’s a small shop, I can smell the cream and fresh baked pastries from a far. Parking: Plenty of parking lots on the street and the nearby garage. Only free after 6pm on weekdays and on Sunday. Kid-friendliness: Kids love sweet treats.
The employees do not know how to handle food. The employee who served me took out their phone after digging in their pocket and proceeded to put it on a prep surface. After using their phone they did not switch out their gloves. Then they began to serve me all of my desserts with soiled gloves. I tried the creme brulee, and they burnt the sugar on top.
Best cream puffs I’ve ever had, apparently they are made fresh daily
I enjoyed Eggnog cream puff and my friend enjoyed the Ube cheesecake
SUCH a cute store, adorable little shop with cute chairs and tables for seating. They also have such fancy but affordable desserts: cream puffs (chocolate or vanilla) and lava cakes (ube, matcha, chocolate, etc.). So adorable and really nice lady working there!!
Tasty puffs, disappointed they don't accept gift cards anymore.
Tried vanilla and chocolate, it was good
