I came in to get a drink before my shift at work. Once I got there, a sign saying the staff would be back in 5 minutes was up. Normally I wouldn’t mind. I waited a few minutes before I ultimately had to leave to avoid being late. This is upsetting because this location was open not even an hour. I understand and am sympathetic to needing breaks for whatever reason but this was poor planning on management. At least have another person on shift to avoid this happening.

People are warm and quick to respond

I had made a review months ago and can’t find it but I wana make another one. My one prior had mentioned how a worker there wasn’t meant for customer service as she always had a bad attitude. However today I am here to say she has lighted up and is more friendly! I am a regular customer and it’s nice to see a friendly face in the mornings ! Thanks beans !
