I loved the service at the restaurant and bar. Kyla was amazing at the restaurant. What was a HUGE disappointment was that I did a cold plunge on the AM of October 14 in the lake. I came back to my room and my key didn't work. I went to the front desk, the woman working it was in tears/trying to go home. She could not re key my room and no manager was on site. 20 min later they got a maintenance guy to open my room with a master key......It didn't work... so he had to go get another one. 30 minutes into freezing being super cold from cold plunge I got into my room. I called management and asked the to make it right....I received no return calls. Because of this debacle I was late to my great nieces b-day party in Sacto. This is a great place with poor management/customer service. I travel all the time and to Tahoe 2-3 times a year. I'm very disappointed by the lack of response and willingness to make up for their mistake. Shame on you for ruining my time with my family.

First they need to take down the menu from their website!! It has foods that are not offered at this place! We wanted the calamari as well as other dishes on the menu since we were celebrating our grandkids Birthdays ….. it was so disappointing the place was more of a meeting and pickup place for singles! We had to eat since our granddaughters were already hungry and the food was overcooked and dry! We left as soon as we could! We Do not recommend this place for a family eating place.
