Be Fit Cafe

The smoothies are great but I find it strange that an eating establishment with the name "Be Fit" is so scared of a pandemic that ended a two years ago that they still won't open up their dining room, like every single one of the restaurants on the street did over a year ago. This owner needs to do some research on what "being fit" really means and how it applies to the human body's ability to fight off Covid! Putting two orange cones in the doorway doesn't keep the Covid virus out of the establishment, just so you know......

Excellent healthy food and great service without getting gouged by the price. I had an outstanding wrap, chips/salsa and protein boost smoothie for under $15. I highly recommend this place.

Everything is fresh, their quality is consistently high and the staff very friendly and efficient! Great value for the money. (6 years ago) Update 1/13/24 — been very disappointed the last few visits, as service is deteriorating; using the drive up window; errors in orders and missing items. Worst example was today when I ordered an egg salad sandwich and Urban wrap; received the sandwich (missing the salsa!) and a Thai salad instead of the wrap! When I discovered the error at home 15 minutes after pickup, I called the store and they apologized and said to come back through and they’d correct the order. A 20 minute round trip plus wait time. No thank you! No other offer of compensation or any means of adjustment. Poor response on their part; as he hung up, “have a nice day.” Panera is only a minute farther down the road; I’m going there from now on.

I ordered the Greek salad. Iceberg lettuce instead of the Romain spinach blend. Served with boiled chicken not grilled & ranch dressing not Greek dressing. Very low quality. Not coming back.

My main reason for sharing my experience with Be Fit Cafe is to hopefully express to the owner a suggestion to ensure customer retention. My feeling is that this share will be as wasted as my time and money was on four recent attempts as patronizing the establishment. What I took away from each of my visits was a feeling that I was a bother. I felt hurried. I felt as if I was a BMV customer in a line up of cars as they are drive through only (one lane). The brightly advertised signage read open. The door was locked. I knocked and waited. The employee inside saw me and did not acknowledge my presence. I knocked again with the same result. I went to the drive through and told the employee that I was picking up my online order and the tone of the employee seemed condescending. You know what, at this moment I am really feeling I’m wasting my time trying to paint a picture for the owner and maybe I should let any future customer who spends time reading reviews just go there and continue the review process for me. Good luck Be Fit Cafe. Hoping you improve and keep local independent restaurants going. Parking: parking is irrelevant since they only have drive thru availability (way post pandemic). I saw no signage at parking level vantage point stating drive thru only service. Attempted to walk in as they had a sign lit up advertising that they were open. After feeling a bit foolish for attempting to walk in and finding the door locked I sat in the parking lot for five minutes and observed three other customers share my experience. My question is #1: why not post a visible sign and #2: why is it still

For my birthday they gave me a free medium smoothie! I highly recommend the Mango Berry Smoothie! Dietary restrictions: They are happy to accommodate special dietary needs.

Smoothies are great, I went there at 8:50 pm and knocked on the window they were closed so 9 pm not correct it 8:50 pm Monday night 11/13/2023

Great customer service and food.

The only good thing here is the pizza and the smoothies, the wraps are absolutely horrible quality. The ham taste like kaka.
