I usually never leave a review but this place has amazing service and delicious food! The waiters, especially Dale, were incredibly friendly and attentive and make our experience even better. We were even offered complimentary items while we waited for our food and after. The food always comes out fresh and tasty. Throughout the week they have great deals! Would totally recommend <3
I wouldn't return to this location even if they paid me. It was 10 min wait but since there was room at the bar we sat down. There were about 5 people behind the bar all seemed lost all moving around but not doing anything it took 10 minutes for someone to ask us what we were drinking. It then took another 10 minutes to get the beer. We were ready to order right then and their, but we waited for another 25 minutes and when nobody came to take our order we decided to leave, best decision. They knew we were ordering because we told them we were ordering food and they said they would come back to take our order which never happened.
Staff stealing tips from customers. There is a deceptive practice that I noticed awhile ago with the waitstaff. I never bothered to say anything because I tip well but if your service was terrible I’ll still tip, just not as much. I never had bad service here but I will say this. When I get my bill I do NOT appreciate staff automatically clicking on the percentage tip section: That is like stealing from me. I had a great water last time I was there. I was going to tip her 20% I noticed that she had already selected her tip percent quickly before handing me the machine to pay. She selected 18 percent and I didn’t bother changing the amount. Had not selected her own tip amount I would have given her more. I don’t like those sneaky practices and it needs to stop! It is deceptive to engage customers in conversation and quickly select your own tip. That’s called theft.
There's 2 things in this world I can count on. 1 the sun rising in the morning, and 2 this place to-go service to be slower than slow. Smh.
Best experience at BBs ever! We had trainees take care of us and for their second day they killed it! Krystal was the manager in charge, amazing. The trainees were Latiffia and Mimi and we loved them and hope they stay. Crawfish, crab, and shrimp were delicious and hot.
The service at this restaurant was disappointing, lacking any warmth or friendliness. When I picked up my to-go order at the door, I wasn't provided with a bag. Upon requesting one, to my surprise, my order was missing lemons. When I inquired about them, I was directed to the bar. The bartender attempted to hand me loose lemons directly from her hand to mine, which was quite unexpected and undesirable.
It was OK I wasn't impressed with the menu at all nor the service won't be back.
Waited 20 mins for table to open up as the sign at the front said seat yourself.. manager and server both said it would be 10-15 mins.. Only to have a family walk in right in front of us and hover over a table and be accommodated by a server that sat them literally right in front of us.. I walked up to the “manager” as he came up to the front from behind the bar and he immediately had an attitude and completely ignored anything that just happened. LOl I’m completely astounded by the level of ”hospitality” this place had..I was in the industry over 10 years and never had this bad of an attitude from any manager.
