The chicken wings leave something to be desired. The wings my partner and I ordered arrived cold, not hot, not warm, but cold - like the chicken had been cooked hours prior and just sat out for hours before we received it. There was only about 15 minutes between when we ordered and when we received the food. There's no way freshly cooked fried chicken could have gotten that cold that fast. Also, the fried chicken had no flavor. The plain chicken tastes like it doesn't have any seasoning whatsoever. And the spicy chicken is just the unflavored chicken drizzled with some kind of hot sauce, so the spicy chicken isn't very crispy, there is no dry seasoning added to the spicy chicken. I hope you like cold wet fried chicken. The order was 30 bucks for about 12 terrible wings. Save your money and your taste buds and eat somewhere else.

The food is pretty good, but their operations needs some serious work. I first ordered Doordash delivery, and they swapped my order with another customer's UberEats order that had the same first name. So I was delivered some random food and had to get a refund through Doordash. It was a busy Friday evening, so I figure I'll give them a second chance. So I then recently ordered take out for Saturday lunch when it was not busy. I specifically did take out so that I could go myself double check that they are actually giving me the correct order. I go there and the receipt is correct, but after I get home and open the box, I see that instead of what I ordered (whole chicken), they gave me only a half order of chicken. So I had to call them, have them make the 2nd half of my order, and go back a second time to pick up the rest of my food. This level of execution is sloppy. They've gotten my order wrong two times in a row. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... and it's hard to want to come back if they keep messing up my order.

Don't get your Korean fried chicken here. I love the BBQ Chicken chain, but this location's chicken was so awful, I just threw it in the garbage. The chicken was so dry, and my cheesling chicken was tossed so badly. It was unevenly coated, and I could literally taste the fried egg that was part of the batter on top of the chicken skin. I've had cheesling at other franchise locations, but this one was like a different flavor entirely. Don't get the original spicy flavor too, that flavor is just American fried chicken with a little spicy kick. It is literally even drier and comparable to subpar kfc. They also forgot to give me the pickled radishes with my order, but it probably would have been just as awful from what I deduce. Tell me why my mozzarella sticks were also just a cold hard block of mozzarella with a fried outer coating. Ick, so gross. Honestly don't know how you can miss on every single item. I'm never eating at this location again.

Chicken is cooked fresh, crispy and hot. Lunch time is not too crowded. Dinner time is busier and sometimes packed with the drinking crowd. Server was attentive, and kept checking on us and refilling waters.
