What an incredible experience! The service was impeccable, with all the staff aware of the food allergies for a member of my party. They made substitutions for her to enjoy the experience and meal, which was very appreciated. The food was inventive, playful, and absolutely amazing.

What huge disappointment! I was really looking forward to eating here while visiting Las Vegas. The atmosphere was very smoky with poor ventilation from the cooking meats. Service was so so. The 2lb steak was not marbled but had hunks on fat on it. The worst nightmare was watching a kid totally untrained cut my expensive Iberico black footed ham. I told the waiter the kid had no idea what he was doing. In Spain they are master carver certified. I also said he was down to the bone and there was no meat on it left so don't try and serve the dreggs to me but that is exactly what they did. It looked and tasted like chipped beef out of a jar. I refused it. They then got a fresh ham and I watched the kid trim off the top third of a fresh leg and one third off each side of the leg and throw it in the trash. What an abomination! I told the waiter he just threw away a thousand dollars of ham and he said our normal carver is off on Sundays. He also admitted tbe kid didn't know what he was doing. Jose Andreas should be ashamed of putting his name on the restuarant. Lesson learned celebrity restuarants are not what they claim to be. Tim Seehafer

The service was spectacular. Very welcoming and let us pace the evening. Food was equally as good although the dessert portions were a little sparse. Steak was prepared well with great flavor. It can be pricey, even for Vegas. We spent just under $1000 for the three of us, although it included 3 bottles of wine. The decor was a bit basic/dated. The downside of the experience was the plethora of smoke inside the dining area... you leave the place smelling like a campfire. It's A LOT... literally waves of rolling smoke that lingers in the dining area. For the revenue generated and price point, they should install a better HVAC system.

We did the ultimate tasting menu. It was definitely a treat and we did not walk away hungry! Most memorable courses included the Philly cheesecake cream puff and the A5 wagu that was cooked table side. Everything was delicious. I'd order both of those next time. Service was excellent and since it was my birthday dinner they offered free champagne and a birthday mini donut. This is a steakhouse, the decor is a little Spanish conquistador meets modern hunting lodge. It's dark and smoky from all the table side steak cooking. It's not too loud. You can see the dry aged steaks on display in cabinets. Restaurant is all one level accessible. I wouldn't bring kids here but we definitely saw a kid two hand grab a cotton candy foie gras.

Under seasoned, undercooked, and undersized. Steaks are pretty gross without salt. I ordered medium, it was still purple in the center so I sent it back. How did a world class restaurant miss something so simple? I eat a ribeye once a week, and there was no way that steak weighed out, it was about 20 oz but they claimed it was closer to 28. There was very little fat content to the ribeye. The way they slice it up before it is served lets the fat cool down before I was halfway through the steak. The best part of the meal was the asparagus. The cab wasn’t very good either. Extremely disappointing for $300.

Ordered the ultimate tasting, bourbon, and two bottles of wine. 1. Spanish olives and modern olive. Good presentation and flavor. Modern olive was definitely a tactile treat. 2. Caviar. Good presentation. Excellent flavor. 3. Shrimp. Light, sweet and well cooked and tasty, but presentation could use some work (lacking in originality). No avocado like the menu mentioned. 4. Cotton candy foie gras. Delicious, but presentation weak, but not much you can do there given the idea. 5. Chicken croquettes. Béchamel sauce was on point. Again presentation lacked. Like 4 mozzarella sticks on a paper napkin. 6. Patatas Bravas. Good taste. Presentation was passable. Excellent in simplicity. 7. Gazpacho. Tomato front with bell pepper. Delicious. Onion and garlic on the backside. Great color and loved it in the small espresso cup. 8. Iberico ham. I mean you can’t go wrong, this is my favorite food in existence. It was just laid on the plate in four small slices. It’s basic, but could even just fold it up and stick a toothpick in it. 9. Caprese salad. Good flavor. Good presentation. Nothing memorable tho. 10. Bison carpaccio with compressed celery and hot sauce. Bison not too gamey. Level of heat was just right. Celery added that bit of crunch / texture needed. Blue cheese was light. Maybe a touch more on the blue cheese note. All notes came forward with the right timing. One of the better dishes of the. 11. Sobrasada toast - flavors were muted. I think I probably needed to eat the entire piece in one bite. Mostly chorizo. Honey took a back-foot. Goat cheese as well. Chives might as well have been absent. I think the chorizo needed to have a little kick / spice. All I got was grease really. 12. Steak tartare. Loved the mustard note. Meat was good. The bun was light and a surprising highlight of the dish. Texture was pleasing. 13. Beefsteak tomatoes tartare. Texture and presentation were pleasing, but…. Very acidic. Essentially taste like Heinze ketchup. Sorry, not sorry. 14. Wagyu. As expected. Presentation and cooking s the table was neat. Good flavor. Cut looked good. Cooked well. So buttery it was like eating bone marrow. 15. Ribeye. Great. Smooth. Almost an acorn like hint to it. Asparagus and the sauce is almost mole like in flavor. Potatoes are buttery smooth. Only disappointment are the mushrooms. All I taste is smoke. 16. Blueberry desert cheesecake. Was good. Almost flan like texture which I’m not a fan of. Cookie was too chalky in texture. I thought too strong on hazelnut. Atmosphere, lighting a bit bright if seated near the wall. Might just be this spot. Server / runner attention when bringing plates was lacking and rushed. Attention was good but tardy. Didn’t de-plate from previous courses (had 3x at one point). Brought courses while carrying other table discards (biggest offense). Brought multiple tables all at once. The sommeliers was on point. Listened to our input and gave thoughtful options. Excellent pairings. The bourbon cocktail was also great. Overall 3/5 given we spent around 1100 + tip and tax. 7-5-4 and + to the wine. Skip the tasting menu and order just the highlights and steak. Probably a 5 if you do that.
