Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar

Went to Bayside yesterday evening to celebrate my birthday.The experience was wonderful, from being greeted by hostess and receiving a warm welcome from managers Justin and Alex.Our sever Dorothy was extremely knowledgeable and personable.My Sea Bass was delicious and as well as my wife's grouper,as well as the appetizer.I also appreciated everyone singing happy birthday to me.My hats off to the complete staff.Thanks again, we'll be back! Nice restaurant located in Venetian Village. We love the upstairs bar because it offers views of the water. In our recent visit, we started with calamari, and that was delicious. My husband and I split the fried grouper and chips, and it was good. The portion was a bit small for $30. My inlaws both got burgers and complained that they were overcooked and a bit dry. The drinks were delicious, and the frozen pina colada was devine. We love the place and always get good service and will be back.

Great food, the grouper with sun dried tomato rizotto was delicious and great skinny margaritas at the bar while waiting for our table. Great location, great food, great experience.

Bayside used to be my favourite Naples restaurant. Terrible experiences in March and April have changed this. Im March we attended with friends and received terrible service and cold food. The entees were delivered to the wrong table and then retrieved. When we finally received Them three out four bad cold vegetables. I ordered a side of mashed potatoes, which was also cold. I sent the potatoes back. A new side was delivered promptly which was barely warm And anything but hot After this experience, I sent a respectful email outlining my concerns. A manager named Jennifer called me the next day and apologized, she offered a generous gift certificate to restore my face and Bayshore. We Attended in April. Unfortunately, the meals were again delivered with stone cold vegetables. I emailed Jennifer, making it clear that my aim was to provide feedback, not obtain another gift certificate. Despite repeated attempts, Jennifer would not explain how or why this happened or what steps would be taken to make sure it didn't happen again. I asked her several times for the email address for her supervisor or the general manager. She declined although she said I could call the owners at another restaurant. At this point, my patience has gone. I will never return to Bayshore. There are many better options in Naples. Indeed, there are better options in Venetian Village.

Rooftop deck is great. You have to wait for someone to get up and grab their spot at bar or high top Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly outside

Was a birthday celebration with advance notice waitress forgot to serve dessert as ordered

We visited on a cold overcast day and sat at the bar upstairs. The barman really were uninterested, we ordered drinks which came quickly and were average and a bowl of Clam Chowder, it was Luke warm half a bowl, it tasted okay but I like soup hot and if I'm paying for a bowl quite like a full bowl. View was great but like the pub downstairs the average age of the guest probably late 80s early 90s! Don't rush here there are much better even average would be better
