Didn't try the food. Drinks were lack luster and service was awful. Given a 1 hr wait time for table and never contacted again. Was removed from a table that was "reserved" just for it never to be used again rest of night. This was a packed Sat night (4/6). Employees are petty/ spiteful and working against best interest of owners. Won't be back unless something changes.
It's changed over the years but has gotten to be an even cooler and chill place to hangout and play games. Event nights can get packed but on regular days it's cozy. Last trip here we saw a kids birthday party where they were having a blast at the computers and eating their little pizzas. Lots of TVs, tables, and computers for PC, console, and tabletop gaming all while eating and drinking if you wish. Service was great and the food was good. The special cocktails are really fun and quite good. Drinking alcoholic potions in classic potion bottles with glitter in it is too fun a novelty to pass up.
Had my son's 10th birthday party here. The process of booking was seamless. Service was good. The kids had a great time.
I have been here 3 times over the past year, and the service just keeps getting worse. The concept itself is amazing. And the food and drinks are great. I am not sure if it has to do with their events. Because it seems like the people who host the event are not actually affiliated with battle and brew, and so the customers doing the event are forgotten about. We had to ask for a server 3 times before they literally walked them over and pointed them at our table, and then after 40 mins of waiting we had to go up and ask for our order to be cancelled only for them to bring out our food that had obviously been sitting out and forgotten to be taken to our table. It's too bad that the service is so abysmal I'll be avoiding it all together.
Vegetarian options: You can substitute Impossible burgers for all the burgers options.
Our experience was fantastic! The only hiccup was one of the consoles acting up, requiring multiple service visits. However, the staff's exceptional service overshadowed this. Our waitress, with her striking red hair, provided attentive care throughout. The food was delicious, and the kitchen worked efficiently. Despite initially reserving the VIP Room only to have it canceled last minute, the staff more than compensated with discounts and complimentary items, ensuring an overall great experience.
I ordered the chicken wrap and only got half a chicken tender in the wrap. If you're hungry order the burger. The spicy rice is awesome also. Dylan is a great servicer. It's a little pricey but was fun. If you go with a group, you could split the cost.
