Rude customer service

I picked up some cupcakes and had to make sure I posted about how delicious they were. The flavor was amazing. The cupcake itself was dense and moist. The icing was consistent and not too sweet. Emphasis on the cake in “cupcake”. So so good. I can’t wait for our next order! We’ll try something new. Parking: Parking only on one side of the street and it was pretty full but I found spot! Not their fault though, just the narrow street!

The cake, the service, everything was excellent. So many compliments on the cake and requests for where we got it. Using Batter Up Bakery for another event in the coming week. Trust me you will not go wrong, I recommend the Scottish Shortbread, highly, they were a delicious add on to our cake order.

Amazing owner and staff, amazing service and amazing cake! Batter Up Bakery certainly sets the bar high for quality products and attention to clientele's need. Ordering was easy and queries were addressed promptly. Cake for a friend's birthday was delivered on a short notice and was so heavenly delectable!!

My husband I have used Batter Up Bakery's services in the past for our wedding. They gave us an epic dessert table that was devoured by our guests. However, I'm also leaving this review to add that Jamie-Lynn and her team make amazing birthday cakes. My husband ordered a beautiful custom cake to fit the theme of my 40th birthday, and it was just WOW. It also tasted as delicious as it looked, along with the gluten-free cupcakes we had set aside for our guests with dietary restrictions. (That did not stop me from eating a cupcake myself.)

I love how they always go above and beyond. Amazing product, great fair prices. Very personable, they will always be my go to.

Batter Up Bakery is an amazing place! They’ve always exceeded my expectations when it comes to designing treats for special occasions. They’ve been a part of some huge milestones in my family and the customer service is great! Tasty treats and great people! 10/10 would recommend!

If you need a sweet treat for a special occasion, I highly recommend you come here. The owner is amazing, her team is lovely, and the treats are both a feast for the eyes and the tummy! I’ve had her seasonal holiday cookies, as well as her cake, and it is all delicious. The shop is cute as hell, too! Parking: There’s always a spot right in front!
