Twice Door Dash ordered 2 items and received 1. Door Dash refused to deliver what was ordered and the replacement cost was 50% more. Last time I order from these thieves.

Honestly the worst I get there order from the worker the lady behind come in asks for a cake she ordered the worker gives it to her completely forgets about my order goes to the back I’m waiting 10 min the another customer comes in she comes out n takes her order absolutely ridiculous I’ll never spend a dollar on them again

I don't usually complain but today was a hot day I wanted my usual World Class Chocolate..but today it had ice crystals ..didn't taste very good and was crunchy

Horrible customer service. Walked in and just got looked at then got his back for over 5 min with no greeting or that he'll be right with us at all. Multiple employees kept walking past us mind u nobody else is in line. When we finally got helped 10 min later and after my husband wanted to leave the male employees finally helps us but says nothing just a head gesture to get us to start ordering. He honestly showed everyone in the store how much he eaither hates his job or just has some problems going on in his life. I don't expect awsome service but atleast a hello and a smile go a long way. Will not be returning to this location.

How are the last few months? Every time we get a quart of the pre-packed ice cream? It is so soft we have to take it home and let it firm up before we can even eat it. Freezers aren’t working correctly and when brought to their attention, no one seems to want to correct the problem at this location no.

Always a nice selection of cakes and the staff is rather helpful

We used to go to this B&R when we lived in Vista and the owner was always nice, appreciative for our business and seemed very involved. When we moved, I needed an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. I was going to use the B&R near our new house, but noticed it had bad reviews about messing up cake orders. So, I decided to order from this B&R (even though it was now much further away from us) because I knew I could trust them to get it right. And they did! The cake was ready on time, was exactly what I ordered and, the cake maker was kind enough to help me to the car with the cake (which was a life saver) because I had my wild 4 yr old son with me and the cake was very large and precarious to place in the car. Lastly, the cake actually tasted delicious. Usually store bought cakes taste gross in my opinion, but not this one. Everyone at the party loved it and I even had several adults come back for seconds which says a lot. I am so glad I decided to come back to this location! A hands-on owner at these franchises makes all the difference.
