They were awesome! The waffle cones were soggy so the young lady made new ones for us!!! How cool is that! So kind of her to go out of the way for customers! Excellent cones and extremely great service!

I’ve been to 3 different baskin robbins for a mangonada and they never have the things to do it! You guys should stop advertising it if you’re not gonna buy the supplies to make one!!!

I had a bad customer service experience last year at this place and made a complaint with a regional manager. Today, hoping things will be different, it was worse than the previous one. So maybe Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins wants to keep this store as the bad example one? Or maybe the hiring manager doesn't know how to do his job?
