Order at your own risk. If you place an order and need to modify or cancel you CANNOT call this location ( despite the instructions that are sent in the email after ordering ) because the number is not in service. I tried making complaints both in the store and customer service and all they do is apologize. How can you run an establishment where people are pre paying for orders on your website and the only way you can contact is by physically coming into the store ?! How is this professional? This is the first and last time I will ever order anything from this place. Carvel is 100x more professional!!! Also, the cakes aren’t made on premises. My cake has been ready at another location and the person who works here waited until the last minute to go pick it up and transport it to this location so I can take it home. Why not just have the customer pick up the cake where it’s actually being made ? Zero communication. Zero customer service skills.
