Former employee!! I couldn’t work this location anymore and I had to quit. The new manager (Mariah) would make us reuse the creamer, milk and almond milk. Not only did they make us save the dairy products the donuts and bagels are DAYS old. The manager told me to just “heat it up in the oven” so it would make the bagel less hard. They also reuse cups and wash them to “save more product” so know that you probably drinking out of a used cup. Employees were treated horribly, if I got called in on my off day and I said no she would ignore me the day I come in. Cherry on top!! There is mold in the freezer, the racks just have mold spots. Please don’t eat here anymore. It needs to be checked out.

Not sure what exactly is going on with this location, but they are always out of numerous flavors, and if they do manage to have something, they never seem to execute to expectations.... for example, a chocolate milkshake I recently purchased was mostly unmixed scoops of vanilla ice cream... Other locations close by are a much more satisfying experience... go to those instead

Came to this establishment at 6 pm and was told “we’re not doing ice cream”. Bad business for an ice cream place.

I ordered a cappuccino blast Oreo N Cookies and your girls gave me an original cappuccino blast. Not a hint of Oreo in my drink. It didn't even look like the picture. Can't wait for the day when these imbeciles get replaced by robots.

I went here the other day with friends and we had a terrible experience. I ordered a strawberry refresher and loaded hash browns. Caffeine makes me sick so I asked them to substitute the green tea with water in my refresher. Later that day I had an intense anxiety attack and i knew straight away that they didn’t use water in my refresher. With my loaded hash browns, I asked them to NOT put bacon on my hash browns and as soon as I got my food I saw the bacon. I wasn’t the only one with bad experience, My friend ordered a smoothie and a sausage croissant. When she got her food it was cold and they had to remake it for her, and instead of giving her a smoothie they ended up giving her a refresher instead…. This place is a 0/10 and I would completely avoid coming here.

Called over and over during business hours, no answer. General managers vm full, vm to order a cake full. Bad news!

They make it look so hard to do the simplest things and are completely incapable of multi tasking if you get here and there is anyone in the drive thru or in front of you just leave its a 15 minute wait and you have to remind them of every item as they make them as slow as possible like they cant be bothered to read the ticket just updating thought id try again 5 months later and i think its some how worse its awful

Came here to leave a review of the terrible experience but seems I’m late to the party. Showed up to drive through at 7:38 with nobody inside and one car already at the window. Pulled up and waited 6 minutes, but assumed it was a large order in front of me. Nope. 1 iced coffee. I pull up and wait 4 minutes as employees inside stand around and blue haired girl finally comes to the window (high I would guess) and asks me what I ordered. 1 ice cream cone. I wait another 6 minutes. Not a single person moves towards the ice cream. Eventually the girl comes back to the computer to now take the car behind me’s order. I tap the horn to get someone’s attention. Another woman there (I assume a manager on duty) gives me the 1 minute gesture. And eventually comes to the window. She now asks me what I was waiting for (she’s seemingly frustrated that I’ve bothered her). Yes a 3rd employee now asking me what I ordered. I tell her my order and I frustratingly explain I’ve waited now over 15 minutes for 1 ice cream cone she gives me the over-exuberant sarcastic smile as if I’m somehow in the wrong for being frustrated at the situation. she then closes the window and turns her back to me at the window. I leave a minute later. Will never come back. Whoever franchises this one is a joke to allow for this to be an ongoing issue for months and months based on other reviews. Reaching out to corporate tomorrow. So many hard-working and able bodied people out there in need of work and yet THESE are the people they have working. I understand the blue haired teen stoned out her mind doesn’t care much but to have who I assume is the leader in there allow their only paying customer at that moment to wait for 15 minutes for 1 thing is pretty embarrassing.
