Baskin-Robbins

The girl there was super rude. She was by herself this was on sun jan 24 at 320 pm. I waited over 20 mins only to be told that they don't have ice and they made shakes for literally the customer before me. I wanted a cappuccino blast and a milk shake. No signage outside or inside stating that they don't have ice. The signage they have is use other door and takeout only. I understand that she might have been busy. They should hire more people and provide more help if it's a busy location. I tried calling to get her name she straight up hung up on me after me asking her name.

The website says they close at 10 but at 9:35 they said they were only selling prepackaged items.

order a sunday with whip cream nuts and a cherry on top they had no cherry or whip cream asked server just to charge me for the two scoop and nuts was told $9.60 I said no the server said I would have to pay for the ice cream A two scoop sunday is 7.49 and they did not have what i order and I was told after he had the two scoop in a cup

This used to be my go to Baskin Robins; not anymore. The new hires don't know how to top a cone. Drove to this location on Thursday from Tustin. It took me 50 minutes because for some reason the f'tards in the Santa Ana road planning department thought it was a good idea to close 2 out of 3 lanes on Main/17th on a weekday during rush hour.

Great place to get ice cream with all 31 flavors and no sugar added for those of us who need the low sugar. For those who need somthing sweet they got you. It's a great location people are friendly great ice cream and all the toppings u would want. Enjoy
