ICE Cream

Horrible customer service - Do Not Purchase Here!!!! Young woman with long black hair and nose ring employee working at Arrow Hwy & San Dimas location 3pm on 08/16/2022 refused to give a fresh serving of ice cream to an elderly customer who found a long fiber of string in the first flavor, and became sick off the old, freezer burned, and bitter second flavor. Employee argued and yelled at the elderly woman customer in front of a large host of other customers, was also smiling smugly, very entitled speech, and had a poor attitude toward a customer who had already paid for edible ice cream.

The excellent ice cream here gets five (5) stars but minus one (1) star for the rudeness exhibited by the young girl behind the counter. She could care less whether I ordered or not, too bad.

Went to this location tonight for the $1.50 31st of the month special that Baskin Robbins offers except I guess they offer it at all the other locations besides this one. Now that I know, will certainly be heading to a different location on the 31st of August.

They had so many flavors. The staff was very nice and made us feel welcome.
