Above average - different options and flavors

I was taken aback when I went to collect the birthday cake on 02/21, only to find that it didn't match the one we had ordered. The young girl working behind the counter insisted that it was indeed the correct cake. When I arrived home, my wife confirmed my suspicions—it was the wrong cake. I contacted the store, and they asked me to bring the cake back so they could replace it. Following their instructions, I returned to the store, but to my surprise, they didn't have another cake available as a replacement. Unfortunately, I had to wait for a couple of days before receiving a new one. A few days later, I picked up another cake. Interestingly, the young employee at the counter claimed that the original cake I received on the eighth was the right one, according to the owner. It's disheartening to see a lack of accountability or responsibility for their mistake. #Consumer #BaskinRobbins #Roswell #Georgia

I like that this Baskin Robbins is on the side of a strip mall verses in the main section. When your kids are running around outside after eating sugar they're not in anyone's way and much safer.

Baskin Robbins in Roswell is awesome! Great ice cream, wonderful and friendly staff, owner creates a good work environment. Their ice cream cakes are the best in town. My 6 year old Grand loved her cake so much my 28 year old daughter asked for the same cake. Thank you Steve for making these Birthday's so special!
