Baskin-Robbins

Didn’t answer their phone So I drove there. The store appeared to be closed dark and no cars in front. But it was open after all. I asked for pralines and cream and was told to look in the small cooler in front. Not there and I asked the woman if she could check the big cooler in back. She yelled at me if it’s not in the small cooler we don’t have it. I told her that in the past they had it in the big storage cooler in back. She repeated that they didn’t have it and refused to check. I hope the owner sees this and will teach this young woman what customer service is all about.

Honestly don’t entren know why I’m leaving a review when clearly nothing has changed. If I could give no stars I would. This place needs better employees. Girl at the counter don’t greet me and when I said hello, she still said nothing. The place clearly closes at 8 and I was denied a cappuccino blast. The reason, they were closing up. It’s 6pm!!!

Ice cream part only open after 12

I’ll gladly change my review to 5 stars when they fire the employee that served me today at 12:40ish PM. Drive thru Lady was rude and expects me to drink my smoothie without a straw and my ice cream cup with no spoon and when I ask for it she rolls her eyes. It’s not my fault that she is miserable and doesn’t want to come to work, that’s on her not the customers

0/5 I just came there with my mother to try it out and both service employees completely ignored us even when I announced I will just leave. Clearing they did not want to serve us and just wanted to do anything else than ask if we were ready to order. Too bad for them since I am a regular at the Taco Bell next door and may have become a regular there too but again their loss.

Pulled up at 725 pm for some I’ve cream and both employees ran to the restroom. After 15 minutes they came back out, the guy totally ignored us and the lady told us that the Baskin-Robbins section was closed. Before we came I checked the hours on Google and it clearly stated they closed at 8pm. At that point I did not want anything from them. The lady promptly locked the door once we left.

Second time there! They do not close out at 8pm. The lady mention that Baskin close at 7pm.
