The lady was a manager who served me and for $10 the scoops were small. Two little scoops I know it was intentional my friends were a lot bigger and I’ve been at another location and they were a lot bigger not sure why maybe because I walked in laughing about a joke with my friend and she thought it was disrespectful but I’m not coming back. You can’t laugh in public people get upset nowadays.

The manager and employees at this location are fantastic we called with a birthday party emergency, we needed our cake a few hours early and they got it done. The cake was great too. Thanks Baskin-Robbins

Calvin was the nicest person I have dealt with in a long time, great customer service and so pleasant. Refreshing for sure. Ice cream was divine.

I'm giving 2 stars which I'd give more for the customer service portion of my visit but the PRICE of this extremely ordinary "treat" is SOooOoO @#+&% ridiculous. I just can't give any more stars. Sorry. 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream & hot fudge topping. I did not order nuts, sprinkles, whipped cream or a cherry. Now the young man who was helping me (very nice) must still be in training. I assumed this due to another very nice young man (possibly in charge) came over to confirm my order of JUST 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and hot fudge topping and nothing else. The young man in charge(?) told the one making my sundae to ring it up as 2 scoops and the topping. He then added, and I quote, "that way it'll be cheaper." I thought, that was nice of him! So much for my thought process... Total cost of JUST 2 SCOOPS OF VANILLA ICE CREAM WITH HOT FUDGE TOPPING: $6.91 Are you freakin' kidding me??? What a joke! You'd think for that price you'd get a real spoon or a lotto scratcher-SOMETHING!!! No wonder the place was packed with 3 customers. So sad. I will never go back.

Good ice cream and service. It was nice to have tables and seats available inside to take the time and enjoy.

So tonight I took my 7yr old son and my senior mom for ice cream I went in tonight around 6pm a young man who was working was very polite and professional he was busy so this young lady named EM helped us omg she not only was very unprofessional but she was very very rude when I spoke up about her rude behavior all she would say was I’m sorry you feel that way and then gave even more attitude little did she know not only am I a professional reviewer but I have a lot of influence on social media normally I wouldn’t want to influence anything negative but this young lady does not need to work at a place where you go to be happy and this is the second time I’ve been in there and the same young EM has such a bad attitude and gives the worst experience, my opinion in general is if you don’t like your job find a new one you like period

Arrive at store with my kids Family of 5 in front of us So we patiently wait Only one worker scooping ice cream We are standing 3 ft behind them so it’s clear we are next As soon as they are almost done A customer walks in the door Another employee goes right over to her and says can I help you I was aghast Really Waiting 10 min isn’t enough Then you skip us and help someone else I’ve been going for 55 years Never ever again will I spend one cent The ice cream is good but when you screw me over right to my face You are saying Baskin-Robbins doesn’t want you as a customer Well I’m happy to oblige

Pre ordered a cake online... put in specific directions on what I wanted to be written on the cake and they still spelled my sons name wrong...

A friend and I went in and were immediately greeted with a happy smile and hello how are you. The ice cream scoop was generous and, the toppings were warm and yummy. A teenager and her friends were there and purchased ice creams in a funnel cones and left. A few minutes later the young lady came back in because she had accidentally bumped her cone and broke it. She wanted to purchase another. When the server re made her cone and she went to pay the server said no charge. Great public relations I would say. My faith restored in young management.

I am beyond impressed with the professionalism, detail and attention that the staff at this location placed on my daughter’s cake. They went above and beyond with the decor and the cake was delicious. We thank you!
