Had a handful of flavors laid out. We were told the freezers upfront weren’t working but they had all the ice cream in the back. Started to order and when we did, the lady at the front tried to serve us ice cream from the broken freezers. Do not recommend!

I went there with my lady, the guy behind the counter was cool. He gave us some donuts on the house since the app was not working and was really cool.

Took a long time to take and make my order.

Just walked in. No acknowledgement from employees. Waited by the ice cream,still no acknowledgement nor I will be right with you. Will never return to this location.

"Mysterious missing employee" Went through the drive through, after 5-6 min a clerk came on the speaker system and said "one moment", then never came back after 15-20 of waiting. Another customer backed out behind me to go inside. I pulled up to the window to see if the person who initially spoke over the speaker was visible but no one came after sitting a while. I then went inside after a few confused customers walked out to see what may have been the issue, I found a kind homeless gentleman hanging at one of the tables who told me "call out to the back for the employee if you need service, otherwise they won't know your in here". I left, went outside to tell other customers who just arrived we couldn't find an employee so they may not want to waste their time. Hopefully BR corporate can do a quality assurance check at this location as 7 plus customers went unserved an hour before closing for the store. I hope the employee was okay and this doesn't happen to anyone else coming to enjoy a treat at a BR location.

Very bad experience at the Ocoee location. First forgot what I ordered. Then a bad attitude from the manager when I questioned her about my order. Then on top of that, the ice cream was not frozen enough and had to order something else. Definitely not coming back here again.

No complaints about this store, ice cream was pretty good.

This place is so unprofessional, they never have the ingredients for anything or they lie about it . Every single time I come here and ask for my FAVORITE drink they don’t have the ingredients.
