Baskin-Robbins

Visit Date: January 6, 2024 at 8:56 pm This place is absolutely horrible. DO NOT waste your hard earned money here. The customer service is non-existent and borderline racist. They advertise a close time of 10pm but chose to lock their doors at 8:45 pm on the day that I went with my family. However, there were already people in the store when we were told to go through the drive-through. We proceeded to the drive-through where the horrid treatment continued, and to add insult to injury, they later let another couple in after they had told me and my family that they were only serving via drive-through. When my husband tried to question the staff on why we were not allowed in the store, they began yelling at him and mocking him while telling us to leave. By far the worst Baskin Robbins visit I've ever experienced.

Horrible location! Close at 11:00pm and the doors are locked and closed at 10:30 they waved at me no and there was 3 employees inside closing up and cleaning while the store is advertised open!

The cashier name Joy. Was very nice and helpful.

Employees are disgusting and the franchise is as well for allowing them to continue work and run Store

The staff here is always rude and acts as if people coming in are bothering them. I come in at least once a month, and very rarely greet me when I walk in. I have to say hello first to be helped and acknowledged. I say Please and Thank You and the staff only communicates to say my total to pay. Rude, impolite, dismissive— my last time was today.

Leandra & Lexi are amazing! 10/10 coming back tomorrow! Great service.
