The kids that work care are out of control. They let their skateboard buddies come in and play behind the counter. It is totally unprofessional. I cannot stand to go in this store but my grandchildren want ice cream. It is almost worth my time to drive to the store on hillwood to avoid the juvenile delinquents that carry on in the store when they should be working. I am going to find a way to complain to the management / owners of this store. It is terrible.

My visit here with my family was amazing the employees were very helpful couldn't catch there names though the establishment was clean but it was out dated and could use a remodeling other than that me and my family enjoyed are visit and would love coming again.

I am a frequent customer of this location and the staff is just great! There were 3 boys working one night, I remember one was named mark, another Landon, and the last Evan maybe? Anyways, they were amazing! Helped me so much and were so cool with interacting with me while making my shake! I love going to this location! The ownership could be better but overall it’s great!!!

This review goes out to the ice cream boy behind the counter named Jake! He was super cheerful and kind and helped me and my family with our selections. He made sure everyone felt welcome! I was astonished to learn though that he was only making minimum wage! He was very good at his job and definitely deserves a wage! I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back!

Very good customer service. Was in on 7/8 and the boy with the hat and the one with curly hair were very helpful and friendly!
