We ordered a ice cream cake for 20 people a week before. The evening before we were scheduled to pick it up ( less than 12 hours) I received a email saying they can’t make it. No phone call or explanation? Too late to find another cake or to get one made. Completely ridiculous!

NEVER ORDER A CAKE HERE. Awful management. They FORGOT about my cake order. The only thing they said was sorry. No compensation for their mistake. I had to choose a random cake that was not what I ordered at all since I needed it today. So inconvenient. Order from other, more reliable locations.

Great service! Friendly! They everything to make a sundae. First one i went to had nothing on ogden. Definitely this one was great!!!!

Ordered a cake online (where it says you can get a custom cake in 24 hours) through this store. A few hours later I get a call telling me the "cake lady" went home already, but I can have one already made. I declined, but I was still charged for the cake. I have yet to get my refund... ...it took about a week to see my refund.
