I got a cake for my baby boy we had cut when we discover hair , took it back and they said can can give me 1/2 of the money back because we had already took the other 1/2

We were in the area and decided to stop by at this location. We ordered a milkshake and ended up with a "juice." We nicely let the girl know that it was really liquidy, and all she said was,"That's how it's supposed to be, it just depends", not making sense at all. We usually go to the Perris location and never had an issue with their milkshakes.
