I must have tried to order ice cream in a waffle cone or bowl 10 times in the past year - they're always out. Very disappointing. And the scoops are so small.
Would not honor 31% off scoops even though there were multiple signs in the store. Employees were not willing to help and eventually called a manager who was equally not helpful. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION under any circumstances.
Stood for over 10 minutes waiting to be attended for ice cream and was completely ignored. Not even a “we’ll be with you in a minute”or something to indicate we have been recognized as a customer.
This is the worst Baskin-Robbins as far as costumer service is concerned. I've tried to order pies from here online twice now. The first time, the order was wrong. The second time, the cashier said "she forgot she had a pie to make". Don't waste your time or money here when there are so many other options for desserts.
Very very disorganized and confusing. Staff doesn’t speak English
awesome coffee.. but add suger as per your need Because they give a lot..
Ordered delivery.. and instead of what I ordered I got nothing!! Somehow they ran out of sundaes or ingredients for it and all I wanted was bananas and hot fudge..so I got all my other ice cream but not my sundae or even just two scoops of ice cream to replace it I got literally nothing!!
I was just trying to get some ice cream and instead I just got ignored. I wouldn't recommend this place as I have had the same thing happen to me three different times.
Showed up with my girlfriend on 2/18/23 to get her some ice cream. She wanted chocolate chip ice cream - a little tub to take home. Usually there is a freezer full of pre-packaged ice cream...but that day, there were only 4 containers total in their freezer for quarts to take home, not one was chocolate chip. The employee checked in the back freezer, nothing... So we figured we'd just have him scoop a quart of fresh ice cream and take it home, but again, no chocolate chip. In fact, when we told the guy we wanted chocolate chip, he asked "which one is that?"...seriously, we had to tell him what container it was in and point to it through the glass. Like man, you WORK here, and you don't know which is which?? That's when we noticed, the container was empty, too. In fact, MOST of the ice cream containers were almost completely empty. This has to be the WORST Baskin Robbins location I've ever visited. Lazy employees who obviously believe that if they don't have ice cream to sell, they won't have to work and still get paid. Will never visit this location again, and I doubt if I'll ever visit a Baskin Robbins again, when so many other places, like Bruster's and Cold Stone Creamery, have ice cream fully stocked all the time. Can't wait until these people get fired and robots take over their jobs...
