They serviced me with a bad attitude, and I asked them to put "Happy birthday Genesis!" You can't even see it. The cake tastes terrible and over all this was a horrible experience. Kid-friendliness: They were kinda nice to my sister. I guess.

Nice and clean place. Lots of flavor and ice cream are not sweet. Price however are too expensive for ice cream. But if its hot and you are craving for ice cream then this is not a bad place to go to.

June 4, 2023 7:30pm. Absolutely ignorant staff. Asked multiple times for an exact ice cream from the exact can. She totally ignored my request and took it from a different one and kept arguing with me. They don’t care what ice cream you want for your money.

This 31 flavors has great service i called earlier than 11am, they called me back on a missed call, that's great customer service

Came here today with my wife, son and his 3 buddies. Place was empty so I was happy...until we started ordering and ONLY the one young Hispanic girl was helping us. By the time my wife and 1 of the boys had ordered a banana royale each a whole other family had walked in, ordered, been helped by the 2nd girl and left meanwhile 4 of us were sitting there waiting to be served. I politely asked the 2nd young lady if we could start a 2nd order and she was clearly bothered, and made it very clear when I ordered a hot fudge sundae and she put such tiny scoops that the entire vanilla scoop melted with the little hot fudge she put on. Hope her boss reads this and has a chat with her because it's pretty rude to let 1 girl try and serve 6 guests and sweat meanwhile while you're off icing cakes. Good job

Got a sundae and it was horrible. The ice cream and toppings literally tasted fake and it wasn't even good! Overpriced and my stomach has been hurting ever since.

It's either the training or your employees don't care about online orders.
