Everytime i go theyre out of bananas, maybe i got bad luck.

Love Baskin Robbins Ice Cream. I miss our Baskin Robbins in San Marcos, Tx. Back in the day when I was growing up. I wish they would bring it back. The ice cream is so yummy.

Ordered the turkey cake and it’s already prepaid ,went to pick it up at the time I scheduled it for 10:15am , the turkey cake was not fully decorated , went back to the store a second time to drop it off ,they told me to come back after 4pm , came back a third time at 4:40pm and now they tell me to come back in 1-2 hrs since they have to remake everyone’s cake. My cake was almost completed they didn’t need to redo it just had to do the finishing touches. Don’t order any cakes from here , the service is terrible especially when they had time to complete the cakes before the deadline.

They're always out of everything. The only way you can get decent services to go inside because they're very rude to the drive-through when you ask if they have a flavor and they typically don't have it. It's not worth the time going there. Update: they're still always out of everything and they're still kind of rude there

We always come here, the girls working drive thru are rude. They are always out of the cappuccino blast, and always want to get my kids ice cream that is always listed on their menu and they never have it! If you never have the ice cream listed, it needs to be taken off it has been there months. Need to get it together.

Out of flavors very often, freezer broken for months.

There were only two people working at this Dunkin/Baskin Robins location at 1pm. They were BUSY to say the least but they did their job well. Friendly guy, well organized, and well stocked on ice cream cakes.

Quick service, just two workers running the place, friendly as can be servicing people as fast as possible. Some ice cream labels were missing, but that's on management slacking. The employees need better support from corporate for sure, but they treat you amazingly and will help you as much as they can.

I drive in from wimberley to get a banana split and no bananas. If a specialty ice cream shop doesn’t have banana?
