I cannot in good conscience patronize this business again after being lectured by one of their snot nosed woke employees. You see I had the gall to say something about their BLM sign in the window being offensive to me after I was traumatized by BLM terrorists who rioted and destroyed downtown Indianapolis business and fire bombed apartment buildings with children inside. Aside from the store not being the cleanest food handling establishment in the world, I cannot enjoy ice cream served with a side of Marxist (communist) woke.

They don't wear gloves, while scooping the ice cream and the white girl keep touching her hair. Maybe a hair net should be required to work here!!! Nasty

Great customer service!.

I’ve tried a lot of ice cream in my days but I keep coming back to this baskin and robbins. The staff is wonderful and the ice cream is fantastic! A visit to this establishment always brightens my day!

If I could give zero stars right now I would!!!!! The cake decorator calls 2 hours before I need a birthday cake that I ordered a month ago and says it won't be ready because I've been trying to get in contact with you since you placed the order. PLEASE don't lie to cover your mistake because that doesn't help a situation. If you called and I sent you to voicemail I would've returned a call in reference to my daughter's bday cake. You haven't called before and left messages. Then you are as rude as they come over the phone about the order and proceed to tell me the franchise owner will back you about this order. Okay they can back you all they want, if loosing paying customers due to absolutely bad service their business will fail miserabley and they loose in the long run. Shame on this location for ruined hopes of a 9 yr old on her birthday for a decedent's birthday cake on her special day. Word of mouth will hurt in the long run to your profits.
