Baskin-Robbins

Just close this location! It always says you're open and when you get the store the employees are closing up HOURS early!

The website says open 5 am to 8 pm. 1 walked 1/2 an hour in the heat, only to find that both Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts closing at 2 pm. The door wasn't locked. I went in, and they wouldn't serve me.

I have been here about 5 times and the customer service has always been good and quick.

Terrible service. I ordered my cake in advance and when I went to pick up my order they told me that there was no order in my name. But they did charge me for the order. I was very upset and I don’t think they deserve a star for the bad service.

Rude customer service. I asked if they could check if they had a chocolate ice cream cake and they told me to come in and check and hung up the phone.

Getting so tired of trying to be a customer. So many times, they have closed early. Not sure why they don't fix the issue. The hours of operation should just have a big ? symbol.
