Should have known when there wasn't a single car in the parking lot. Out of waffle bowls & cones. Ok fine. Got a 2 scoop & a 3 scoop. They were literally the size of a home ice cream scoop. 5 tiny scoops of ice cream for $15. Baskin Robbins should be ashamed of themselves for charging that much for such tiny portions.
The cake online advertised is not anywhere comparable to what you get. Details missing in the cake, the simplest thing to put on a cake 21 they could not even do that. I paid 30 dollars for an ice cream cake which was the size of an ice cream pint which was supposed to feed over 6 people. I should have read reviews before I ordered, it seems they have a trend for their cakes not being the best I guess. GO TO DQ IT IS BETTER!!
They didn't have the traditional 31 flavors, but what they did have was good.
Experince was awful! Lobby was closed 3hrs early. No sign no nothing...Called the store to ask if they were open. They were.. Asked us to go thru drive-thru. They were short handed so they had to close lobby down. I finally get to order...I asked for a banana split. They were out of bananas. I asked for pistachio and they were out. I asked for rocky road. They were out. I asked for chocolate they were out. I finally asked what they DID have chose from that... I asked for a waffle cone. They were out...
Managers please help these workers. They asked me 20 times what I wanted in drive through. No icecream cones, limited flavors. My drink wasn't made right. Same guy handling money dealing food.
WORST service ever. I ordered a cake 48 hrs ahead of time. A worker took my order I called and double checked my order and the lady was so rude saying the worker shouldn't have taked my order. She said she would call me back. She called to say she was going to have someone come in and make my sons cake. Which is great! I went and picked my cake up and I asked about the other stuff in my order and she said I dont have anything else and was so rude. They spelled my sons name wrong and the frosting was wrong. If your a business and say your going to make the cake at least make it right and be kind. Brittany was the rudest with NO customer service knowledge. I said some inappropriate things and got a refund. Also, she said BR is going down and not doing well. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!
Nobody knows what they are doing, they aren't friendly, I had to fill out my own cake order form only for them to lose the order . Not happy and will not go back which is sad because I used to work at a baskin Robbins and it was great but it definitely shows the managing is terrible.
Dawn & I tried to place an order tonight 14th. Basically they told us that they're low on ice cream. I thought Baskin -Robbins we're supposed to have more flavors than DQ?? Now I know why we don't go to Baskin-Robbins. Never heard of a ice cream shop having no ice cream. And this place is supposed to be a Valentine's day favorite??? Highly doubt it
