I am pissed! I paid $45 for a whipped cream cake. This cake was not an ice cream cake. The cake was top with a lot of whipped cream, a layer of cake at the bottom and a thin layer of ice cream in the middle. My son was so disappointed that he threw his cake away. I don’t recommend them at all.

Stopped 30 mins before the store is supposed to close and was told they were closed - with the “open” sign on, and the door unlocked. I guess they couldn’t be bothered to do their job, bc their hours say they were still open for another 30 minutes. I guess this is what happens when you can’t find decent workers

The ice cream is really good if you think about price, size and quality and what you get for. I'm just leaving this review because the attention was amazing! They were sooo friendly and made us feel so comfortable. Thanks to this store for that! Also they have free sugar options what is amazing. Dietary restrictions: They have free sugar Ice cream!

UPDATED. 5 Star review has dropped to a 1 star until you guys get back to crumbing efficiently. if this happened every so often; fine. This happens EVERY SINGLE WEEK. The owner is losing money because whoever does inventory or orders isn’t smart enough to see your amount your ordering isn’t enough to last until next shipment. ………. logic / common sense / Let’s get this thing running efficiently again please Every. SINGLE. WEEK. you guys are out of oreo. EVERY SINGLE WEEK. Common sense would say if you order 2 tubs every week. and you’re running out still. ORDER 3 THIS TIME. There’s no excuse for frozen icecream to not be available because you ran out. ORDER EXTRA. What’s so hard to understand about this. Please respond with your reason or excuse as to why this keeps happening.

Terrible service. Legit every delivery they miss the toppings. I pay extra for toppings and because the workers are lazy and not doing their job correctly, my order always gets delivered messed up. Only time it comes out good is when you order in the store! I call to speak with a manager and they always leave me on hold for ages. Terrible employees.

This is our favorite location. We always go in late in the evening. The service is always good for us. The only complaint is they keep the bathrooms locked because either the homeless people are messing up the bathrooms or that is the excuse to keep the bathrooms locked after cleaning, so they don't have to do it again before they get off work. Management could put the bathroom door code on your receipt to eliminate the problem. My guess is the city requires you to have a public bathroom, so someone needs to deal with this issue. Legit customers like having a bathroom available especially since we drive 21 miles to get there.

I just left there very unsatisfied. I let the lady know I was not happy with my order but she didn't care she just walked away from me. I told her there were no cherries in my cherry jubilee. It was disappointing to order that and have no cherries. Waste of money and food
