Not sure why the rating is lower than 5 stars. Incredible service and amazing milkshakes. Everyone needs to check them out while you wandering around the mall. Love potion #31 and bubblegum milkshake slaps ❤️. Will be referring people here and returning.

If I could leave 0 starts for customer service then yea. Said excuse me two times to the girl working to get her attention so we could get ice cream and she was on her phone the whole time.

they don't open at 11. They open closer to 1130 1145 but she stands back there messing with stuff and telling you it'll be a few minutes, it'll be a few minutes.

It’s more like Ice cream booth or stand, where it located inside chapel Hills mall 2nd floor near the American Eagle and Buckle shop. They usually have 2 or 3 tables where you can have seat and enjoy it Update (2/22/2024) 여기 사장님께서 한국분이신거 같아 이번에는 한글로 쓰겠습니다. 저번 리뷰에는 5stars 를 남겼었는데 조금 아까 황당한 경험을 하여 이렇게 리뷰를 남깁니다. 아까 가게 오픈하기전 10:52분에 도착하였더니 한 아가씨가 가게 오픈시간이 11:00 라고 말해서 정확히 11:03에 도착하였더니 쳐다도 안보다 11:06분쯤 겨우 눈을 마주치더니 가게가 오픈 준비가 안되어있으니 15-20분후에 오라고 하더군요. 이런 직원이 있다는걸 아시나해서 글 남깁니다. 오늘 참으로 어이가 없고 한심하네요. 제가 이런 직원을 가만히 두고 봐야하는 사장님 입장이라면 더욱 한심할것 같네요.

So you guys should hire employees that actually awknowledge the customer. White girl with blonde hair that needs a touch up job on her roots straight up ignored me twice. No "I'll be right with you" nothing. She was too busy chit chatting with her friend. Not going to be getting my business nor will I recommend to any of the employees in the mall.

i had a sweet girl named aayden take my order and she was super nice and helpful.

We arrived 15 minutes prior to close and were informed that they were unable to serve us a scoop of ice cream on a cone because they had covered the cones with a piece of plastic wrap for the night in anticipation of closing, so they could only serve us ice cream in a cup. Disappointing for my 7-year-old when she had specifically chosen Baskin Robbins upon earning a special treat of her choosing. Cones are plentiful, out front in plain sight, easily accessible by lifting a single sheet of plastic wrap.
