Baskin-Robbins

Just was at Baskin-Robbins. I took my daughter in for her birthday treat. The two young guys who helped us were very nice and courteous. The store was clean and organized. Seems that cleanliness procedures were being followed. I usually notice when they aren’t. I was happy to come here for a special occasion and I would come back again. Their ice cream cakes are expensive but look and taste amazing! UPDATE: 3-6-24 Went in again. I do not understand the TIP request? Was the 20 seconds of scooping my ice cream somehow above and beyond??? Was it a service to hand it to me? I am reducing my review rating because you asked for a TIP in a non-service industry.

Please call your cake order in. I ordered a cake and customized the writing as pink, and they mixed it with royal blue. The website does not specify customizing the blue part of this cake, so I was left with a royal blue with pink cake for my daughter. I ended up having to buy another cake. I know they probably throw away tons of cakes in their case, yet they couldn’t comp this cake for me. They told me I could have called in the order to customize all the colors to pink. Very disappointing and I’m out $40 more dollars.

Out of mostly all ice cream. Rude service. Why even be open if you don’t have ice cream. A joke.

Got a couple double scoops and one was given to us with the waffle cone broke in the middle because they pressed the first scoop too hard. We thought it be ok. Left the drive thru and after one bite the hole thing broke in half and All the ice cream landed at my feet while driving. I had to throw it and clean up my pants and shoes while getting to the stop light. I'm disappointed in the QUALITY of service and Lack of care about service. Will Not come to this location again. New doesn't mean better. Terrible.

I went to this location at around 8:45pm on 12/14/23 and got a cappuccino blast. When I was drinking my cappuccino blast I felt something sharp in my mouth. A staple shown in the bottom left of the attached photo. Definitely a safety issue. Not what I was expecting to have in my cappuccino blast. Have never had a problem at this location before. I will not be returning.

So you pull up microphone at the drive through don't work They tell us to pull up then ask what flavor in the new monster Sunday they have. I don't know what flavors they had cause we no longer have a menu to look at then he says come in.let me think went through the drive through for a reason
