Was there to pick up a door dash for a 3 scoop sundae a fully staffed crew and never got the order. Sad part nobody was there just a bunch of kids horsing around not getting anything done

So disappointed with the customer service. After waiting 7 minutes without any of the employees acknowledging we were waiting at the counter.. We left. Common courtesy is all I ask. Dairy Queen greeted as as soon as we walked in. “Be with you in a minute!”. You lost two customers tonight.

Since they remodeled location at Brooklyn milkshakes are so watery. Employees are young rude with no matters. Older woman is okay.

Whoever made my order deserves a SERIOUS raise! This was 8-7-23 at 10:58 according to my receipt. I had a somewhat what difficult order and you NAILED IT! I got a Carmel cappuccino blast made with Oreo s’mores ice cream and my friend got a mocha cappuccino blast with chocolate ice cream. We also got 2 scoops of s’mores Oreo ice cream. Ooh and also got a strawberry sprinkle donut at the last minute, i hate adding things on at the window so I truly I appreciated your patience. Our drinks were not only correct, but I really feel like the person who made them went above and beyond. They topped so them nicely and took pride in making them really delicious drinks. I believe it was a female who made our order, the only name on the receipt is Ashraf I’m not 100% sure if that’s who made the order or just rang it up. But really, the whole crew was working hard and doing a great job! This was the best service I’ve ever received at a Baskin Robins. Anyways, to whoever made our order: Thank you, you did an incredible job! I hope you get that raise, you 100% deserve it!

Literally the worst experience ever. As someone in the service industry it was unacceptable. Dropped my money in the drive thru as well. Do better.

After long time waiting on the drive through, they said the system is down we are not taking any orders July4th 2023 11:45 pm

does not work at night

Way better value and service at the local small businesses around. Waited over 10 min in the drive thru to pay $10 for 2 scoops of basic flavored ice cream. The employees were very kind though.
