Baskin Robbins is a joke. Placed a personalized order online, went to pick it up on the scheduled day and guess what-no cake- an hour before the event! Yet, no refund for it! I was told to the call customer service to get a refund, I then called the customer service and was told it's the store that has to issue a refund and that they will contact the owner and the owner will call me directly. BS!!! not a single call. NO CAKE, NO REFUND.
I went to the drive through window and I was not done ordering my coffee, the person was rude and a criminal in my opinion. I told him was not done ordering...gave me attitude. Something told me took in my coffee and I found clumps of something floating inside my coffee. Not sure what that was but I'll never go there again. He SPAT or TOSS GROSS THINGS INSIDE MY CUP! 3/10/22
Terrible service. Server ignores customers then doesn't listen. Manager (?i) was hanging out in back. Then they were yelling at each other. There are lots of Baskin Robbins stores to choose from. Not this one.
Terrible service.I was just asking a simple question regarding the Baskin Robbins app. The lady I asked didn't understand how to use the app either and that's fine. But when I asked if she could get me someone who could help me so that I can order, she just stood there, looked me straight in the eye, and ignored me. If I could give 0 stars I would because this is just pure laziness.
