Pésimo servicio y actitud de ambos trabajadores del lugar, son super racistas con la gente que habla español. Asistí sábado 06 de mayo a las 13:50hrs, por supuesto me salí del lugar sin consumir.

Apparently the recipe they're supposed to follow means the cups aren't full when you get them. Most other places manage just fine. I can't really say what the issue is, though. Either way, getting a shake costs $6 to $9, so getting a cup with the top 20% missing is not super.

Unprofessional staff and manager Leo says I got to work with him to get my refund. Store policy. I'll be to get my money but I'll never do business with you again.

Unprofessional service at this DD/BR combo store. Store was not busy but Employees seemed too busy or unconcerned to read the full coffee/donut order as was sending us away with just our coffee. Other employee was on a Skype video call with someone and did not seem to care about customers. Would of expected better staff at a prime downtown location near tourist spots during a not busy time of day.

The girl who worked here with red hair is so friendly and helpful. She makes good coffee and gives me recommendations on ice cream flavor.

Walked in and the server who wanted to help me was wearing his mask around his chin, I walked out.
