Cheers to Lili who served us! She was very helpful in deciding which flavor to get (my nephew can be a little difficult in choices). She was patient and let us try a few, giving him time to make a decision. Very pleasant experience because of her!

Edit: They took over 2 weeks to give me my refund. Holly also claims to be the owner so that she can mistreat customers and get away with selling incorrect cakes. The audacity of this woman to ask me to drive back to the store again so I can prove that I never received my refund by showing her my back account statement. I called customer service really quick and within the hour Holly processed my refund. So if I was incorrect and I had already received it, why after calling corporate did they quickly refund me?? Holly, I hope you're reading this, you are a terrible person and no one is perfect but that doesn't give you the right to yell at customers and act all high & mighty. You deserve to be fired. The manager/cake decorator Holly completely messed up my cake order and did nothing to try to rectify the situation. I ordered it online 24 hours in advance. Online there's a 24 hours guarantee. The picture of the cake I ordered was a pink cake with red flowers and white accents. When I arrived the cake was bright blue with yellow, orange, & red flowers. I was told there was nothing they could do to fix the cake in the time I needed it. Then I was told I could take the cake home at 10% off the price or full refund but no cake. I took the full refund. I wasn't even sure if the inside of the cake was correct anymore. This happened on Saturday. It's Wednesday now. I've yet to receive my refund. So not only did I have to find another cake short notice, but I'm also short $30 in my bank account for a cake I never received. Thanks Holly for nothing. However, your staff is amazing and kind. If you weren't such a trash person, I'd have given you and your great staff an amazing review. Shame on you Holly for ruining people's cake and then expecting them to pay for it or find another option last min. I heard that I'm not the only cake you've ruined recently due to the fact there's no real cake decorator on staff at the moment. Stop offering custom cakes if you can't provide what the customer ordered. Again shame on you Holly. Shame on you.

I love the place, ice cream taste great but I'm sad to give it 4 stars since I do see they have a sad face or they are just over it, I want to feel welcome have a great experience but a little smile will help

Stopped in for a treat and because it was 1/31 and 31% off scoops (must use you BR app) Great neighborhood location, a bit hidden though. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Classic ice cream flavors. They recently updated their ingredients to include no artificial dyes. So expect your favorites to look a little different but still taste good. Shop was clean with seating available.

extremely rude man works here aka man wearing a chuys hat today working at 5pm on nov 16. i waited 10 minutes as a woman was helping someone else. the man working didn’t get to helping until a white couple walked in. at that point he asked if we needed something and i asked for a sample and he goes you’re gonna have to taste it because i can’t explain it to you. and then my 7 year old son asks for a sample too and he shakes his hand very aggressively signaling no at my son and then asks the white couple for help. idk if it’s because we’re hispanic or if he just likes being rude to people. i go well i know what i want and i’ve been here first and he still tries to not help me and then i bring up how my son asked for help too and he starts yelling at me. i said we’re going to leave and he says well leave. but my mom asked me to stay. 0/10 recommend this place. there’s better and nicer ice cream places nearby. we wanted to have a nice outing as a family but this man had to ruin it. ended up just taking our ice cream to go because of his rudeness. thanks dude

I tried to go our local Baskin Robbins in Round Rock , when I drove over it was under construction/ not open. I called this Cedar Park location on the phone & the lady who answered was extremely friendly & helpful. We drove over & they decorated our cake choice beautifully ! It was for my MIL’s 80th birthday! She said it was the prettiest one she has ever had!! It tasted delicious! Thank you for a great product and a great experience!!

I bought a cake from the freezer and, as you can see from the images below, looks like it’s riddled with mold. The timeline of events is as follows: I bought the cake on 8-4-23, froze it, attempted to serve it with birthday candles on the evening of 8-5-23, only to notice dark green, fuzzy material. Concerned about mold, I called at 11:04 am on 8-6-23. During the call, a young employee suggested I bring the cake in for the cake decorator's inspection on the morning of 8-7-23. Before receiving authorization from the store manager for a refund approval, the young employee first sought help from the cake decorator over the phone and she dismissed my claim entirely by saying, "mold doesn't grown in freezers," which failed to address the real issue - the presence of something resembling cake mold on the cake I purchased that i ultimately was unable to serve. Thankfully the actual manager authorized the refund anyway. Had it ended there, this review wouldn't exist. WHERE THINGS WENT OFF THE RAILS Although the issue was resolved amicably, Polly the cake decorator, took it upon herself to call and pick a fight with me within an hour of my store departure. She explained that the green furry mess was just leftover icing from a bad redecoration attempt after another customer canceled their order. She confessed to disguising the mess with sprinkles and a plastic decoration and freezing it for another buyer, while simultaneously belittling the teen who assisted me. I reassured her of the teen's competence and professionalism & thanked her for her honesty. I assured her the party wasn't ruined, mentioning our other dessert options, including cupcakes, cookies, and other cakes. In response, she accused me of returning the cake to recoup costs due to excess cake. Her insinuation was that my concern arose from overspending, not the disturbing images i provided, after which she criticized my education and mocked the original cake recipient. This began with her assertion that I must not understand mold growth conditions, implying I misunderstood her attempt to hide the mistake with sprinkles. I countered by affirming my college education and understanding of mold, clarifying that I wasn't asserting it was mold for certain, but that since I couldn't rule out mold, I wouldn't serve it. Surprisingly, she replied, "Someone with a college degree wouldn't be confused about mold," implying I have intellectual shortcomings, for which she later apologized. I reiterated I wasn't conclusively claiming it's mold, but that because it appears to be and I can't confirm otherwise. I recommended more caution when repurposing cakes for other customers. She then criticized the non-paying customer who declined the cake, deeming them inconsiderate and a "bad apple customer" who "ruined things for everyone." I understand cake decorators don't need to be serious people, and I acknowledge her importance to the business, but considering the almost $50 price tag for this mess, I'll conclude by saying NOBODY DOES IT LIKE MY H.E.B.
