If you say you are open until 9:30 I expect you to not have removed half your Selection if I walk in at 9:20, that is not called "open" that is "partially closed".

They removed their ice cream early

My kids and I always go on Thursdays after Piano! They get a special treat for their effort. They have high school kids running it and they are absolutely adorable, responsible, well mannered and kind. I always make sure to tip. They are really sweet and always cleaning the tables at every chance they get.

I'm not sure what happened here but this store used to be spotlessly clean and now it's filthy. The customer service was lacking, almost terse. The ice cream cake I ordered online was not available at this location but I was not told until I went to pick up the cake. Very disappointed in this most recent experience. I hope ownership sees this. What happened?

Kids loved the ice cream here. Gold Medal Ribbon is a great flavor.

Gross. Gross, Gross! For an $8.00 single scoop cone ice cream can this place be please be clean and sanitary? Showed up at Noon on Sunday... 1 minute after opening and the floor was a sticky dirty mess. This is not the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time I've taken my son here only to find it a complete visible dirty mess. I've never seen anyone older than 18 working here and it shows. These young kids are always on their phone surfing the web between customers rather than cleaning any of the dirty tables. Not sure how on earth they pass food and safety inspections from the City of Austin.

Since when did 2 kids ice cream cost 10? I think they either overcharged me or raised the prices . Won't be back

Best ice cream, lots of flavors. Tonight, the staff was very attentive, polite, and helpful.

Great ice cream i always love the coconut and the waffle cones tasted really good I not used to them being soo good but this place surprised me. Definitely would recommend this ice cream shop

Horrible. The person behind the counter was disheveled and dirty. No gloves, no mask, the counter was a mess and they never washed their hands once. Not after taking the money or between orders. Totally awful. We will never return.
