What kind of baskin Robbin’s doesn’t have mangonada ingredients if I could I’d give it 0 stars the cravings are insane and all I wanted was a damn mangonada

One of the worst basket roobins have never ever seen very bad customer experience they don't know what they have in the store

Zero customer service, waited so long and at the time of our order they charge a 1doller for cup of water !

I guess I ordered too many things and they didn't feel like making them, so they just said they are out of everything I ended up with nothing. I do not know how they are still operating, since reviewers with similar experiences seem to go back 5 years now.

There is this one rude lady that don’t like to work instead she will send the wrong order even after she has been told that its wrong. She always blames the customer for “ordering wrong” when I always order the same I only get it wrong from her.

Do NOT go here. They will over charge you shamelessly for their cakes! $8 extra for a tiny cake. Online it showed $8 less for the same location! Got 1/3 sheet with the next size up price! Buyers beware. Bad business!

My order (through door dash) was missing an item and they messed up the second item. I tried calling them but they never answer. Left then a VM and still waiting to hear back.
