Sitting at the stop light on March 22nd around 4:30 p.m., watching two young girls pulling weeds right on the corner of the intersection. Now, is that in their job description? I would never ever want my daughter having to pull weeds on a busy intersection. How dangerous, how risky! What's the point? If the weeds are a problem, you should hire some professional landscapers with all that money Baskin Robin's makes. Whoever sent them out there to do that obviously doesn't care about their employee's safety.
Luciano is excellent he is very friendly and has my order ready the moment he see's me walk in the store definitely manager material.
Update: Try a cappuccino blast made with their new March flavor Mexican Chocolate Brownie. Good ice cream and the best cappuccino blasts and freezes in Albuquerque.
$32 just to make our own floats??? And what’s worse is we only used one soda for 2 “Large” floats and 2 “medium floats not to mention the attitude from the guy at the drive through window. I wish I had just asked for a refund instead of taking the order.
The worst, I was in line waiting for 30 minutes. There were two cars in front of me who left because no one came to the window to take orders even though they told us to pull up to the window when we were ready. Now I’m at the window and there are 5 vehicles behind me and no one is at the window still.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I've never been treated like garbage like I was here! I literally go to Baskin Robin's every single day for a banana Royale and pay with cash no problem. Today I go in make my order then after it's made and I go to pay I'm then told we're only taking card! I apologized and said you guys see me in here everyday ordering the exact same thing and know I pay cash and wait to tell me you're only accepting card now? Remind you this is AFTER I received my order. I asked why I wasn't informed of this new policy before I ordered and they just shrugged their shoulders and said we forgot so... Is this the new customer service these days? No I'm sorry for the inconvenience, or sorry for the missed communication just a smirk and shoulder shrug like oh well! You shouldn't be in the customer service profession if you don't know how to handle situations like this. BTW I always tip as well as a thank you, but today forward I'll never return to that location! Save your time and money and go where you'll actually be considered as an appreciated customer not an inconvenience
I went today and I waited for like 8 min, there were 6 people working, none of them helped me with my order, and it wasn’t because they were full of orders because there were just another two costumers….. they were messing around in the back for what I heard. Not coming back to t this location ever
Staff is always great & very friendly. Place is always clean & even after a break-in on 2/3/24, the staff were prepared & welcoming.
Ridiculous! The lobby is closed on a Sunday at 12:30pm. You have to go through the drive thru. There was one person in front of us and we waited and waited. I have a birthday party to get to and a cake to deliver. Needless to say, we gave up and went to Walmart! Ugh! Would not recommend!
