I ordered warm brownie sundae. But she just putted small piece. I tried many times to other baskin robbins stores. This one is deserve just one star..

The associate working on Friday February 16 at 8:45pm had a very poor attitude. She claimed her name was Mariam. Not only was she being rude to the customers in front of me and talking in a bad tone, but she was rude to me as well. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but it seemed as if she hated being there and had no regard for her customers. I asked to try a flavour which is basic baskin Robbin’s policy. I then asked her where I can throw out the spoon as they usually have a place to put it. She said I don’t know where it is, it was there this morning and isn’t there now. I then didn’t know what I’m supposed to do with the spoon and I left it on the counter. She then aggressively said “you can’t leave it there!!!” And I’m like don’t you have a garbage can inside? and she rudely said no we don’t and you need to take it with you and it’s our “policy” to not take spoons. It wasn’t a policy. I’ve been to many locations and this was honestly the more unhappy and rude associate I have dealt with. Not only was she making stuff up, she was embarrassing me in front of other customers. She needs training on how to do a basic task as to helping a client throw out a spoon after giving a sample. If she didn’t want to give the sample to begin with, she should have said no. No respect or regard for her customers and a horrible attitude.

Baskin Robbins is a well-known ice cream chain with locations all over the world. One of these locations is inside Square One Mall in Mississauga. I recently had the opportunity to visit this particular Baskin Robbins and I was quite impressed with my experience. First of all, the customer service was excellent. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, and they were more than happy to assist me with any questions or concerns that I had. They had a great knowledge of the different flavors available, and they were able to make recommendations based on my preferences. They also had a lot of patience when I couldn't decide on which flavor to choose, which I appreciated. In terms of the ice cream itself, I was very pleased. Baskin Robbins offers a wide variety of flavors, ranging from classics like chocolate and vanilla to more unique flavors like mint chocolate chip and strawberry cheesecake. The ice cream was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness. The texture was also perfect - it was smooth and velvety, and it melted in my mouth. I also appreciated the fact that they had a range of toppings and mix-ins available, allowing me to customize my ice cream just the way I like it. The overall atmosphere of the Baskin Robbins inside Square One Mall was also very pleasant. The store was clean and well-maintained, and there was plenty of seating available for customers to enjoy their ice cream. The music playing in the background was upbeat and added to the overall experience. The prices at Baskin Robbins are reasonable for the quality of the ice cream that you receive. They also offer various promotions and discounts, which is always a bonus. Overall, my experience at the Baskin Robbins inside Square One Mall in Mississauga was fantastic. The customer service was excellent, the ice cream was delicious, and the atmosphere was inviting. I would highly recommend this location to any ice cream lover in the area. Baskin Robbins never disappoints!

Stop visiting... Worst customer customer service and rude staff behavior, upon asking why the ice cream is not hard they answered, that is how it is in this location.

Been a fan for a long time. The lady who took my call on Dec 23at 7:25pm was amazing and soooo helpful. I was desperate to find the last minute Christmas cake and she was so helpful giving me different options that they have in stock! ❤️ loveeee it and she was sooo helpful! Picking it up tomorrow

The lady on the 22 nvmbr for the closing shift gave us worst customer exp ever there were still 15 min to close and we want just a scoop for ice cream not even any shake that would take time she didnt take order properly and gave us unappropriate order . Please have a look on her behaviour

We visited this location this evening and they have the most unwelcoming staff and manager. Tanisha is so rude and argued with us. No awareness of customer service. Save your money, because you don't want to be disrespected. I will share my experience on my socials and will never recommend this location to anyone.
